1、 Overview of leakage
After the construction of the main structure of the sewage treatment pool is completed, the water leakage phenomenon appears after the irrigation test. Water leakage occurs in construction joints, cold construction joints and parts with uncompacted vibration, forming point or linear water leakage in different forms. Different treatment schemes are adopted according to different parts and forms of water leakage. Polyurethane plugging agent and cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material are mainly used for plugging treatment.
2、 Properties and characteristics of main plugging materials
Cement based permeable crystalline waterproof coating
Cement based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is a light gray powder waterproof material made of ordinary portland cement, fine quartz sand and a variety of special active chemical substances. The active chemical substances contained in this product are brought into the internal pores and cracks of the surface layer through the infiltration of surface water into the internal pores and cracks of the surface layer of the structure, and interact with the ions in the concrete to form water-insoluble crystals. The crystals absorb water and expand in the structural pores and cracks, and form a dense impermeable area gradually from the surface layer to the depth of the concrete structure, which greatly improves the structural integrity The impermeability of body. Product advantages: 1. Double waterproof performance: the permeable crystallization produced by the material can penetrate into the concrete structure and block the structural pores and joints, and the coating acting on the foundation surface of the concrete also has a good anti cracking and anti permeability effect. Therefore, it has the same waterproof effect whether it acts on the upstream surface or the backwater surface.
2. Long term self-healing performance: the waterproof coating of this material has good adhesion and can be integrated with the base surface of concrete structure. Therefore, the waterproof effect of the waterproof coating is as long as that of the structure. At the same time, active chemical substances can still be activated by water after many years, and new permeable crystals are constantly growing to make up for and repair the leakage caused by cracks, which has long-term waterproof performance.
3. Characteristics of quick setting, early strength, rigidity but not brittleness: inorganic aggregate is added into the material, which increases the plasticity of hydrate and changes the hardness and brittleness of early strength active compound. Therefore, although the solidified material of the material is rigid, it will not be brittle and cracked. It is especially suitable for waterproof engineering with water plugging.
4. Polyurethane plugging agent
This material belongs to cyanoagulation material products. It has one component polymer chemical plugging material synthesized by chemical reaction of toluene diisocyanate and trihydroxy polyether. It has the following characteristics:
1. It has good hydrophilicity. The slurry disperses, emulsifies and foams when it meets water, and then chemical reaction is carried out immediately to form an impermeable elastic colloidal consolidation body with good water stop performance.
2. The elastic colloidal consolidated body formed after reaction has good extensibility, elasticity, impermeability and low temperature resistance, and keeps its original shape permanently in water.
3. After mixing with water, the viscosity is small and the pouring property is good. The solidified body soaked in water is harmless, non-toxic and pollution-free.
4. When the slurry reacts with water to form elastic consolidation material, CO2 gas is released. With the help of gas pressure, the slurry can further press into the space of the structure, so that the porous structure or formation can be completely filled and compacted. It has the characteristics of secondary infiltration.
5. The slurry has good expansibility, large water content, good hydrophilicity and groutability. Meanwhile, the viscosity and curing speed of the slurry can be adjusted according to the needs.
3、 Main construction methods
3.1. Point leakage stoppage scheme
If there are no obvious holes, cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating shall be used for scraping or brushing; if there are obvious holes, polyurethane plugging agent shall be used for chiseling and plugging. The specific construction methods are as follows:
Construction method of cement based permeable crystalline waterproof coating:
3.1.1 scraping construction method:
(1) The mortar deployment of scraping construction method: the key to ensure the quality of waterproof construction is to allocate the mortar well. Mix with clean water. The mixed slurry should be used up within 30 minutes. One time mixing should not exceed 3kg to avoid waste. The hardened mortar can not be reused. Strictly control the water cement ratio. Generally, it is required to mix 4 parts of material with 1 part of water to make it sticky (it can be adjusted according to the temperature difference of the project). When mixing materials, attention should be paid to mixing evenly, and there should be no unsettled dry material balls in the slurry.
(2) Requirements for base surface treatment: waterproof construction can be carried out immediately after the maintenance period of the new structure, and the original waterproof coating shall be removed before the waterproof construction of the old structure, and there shall be no floating ash and oil stain, and the uneven concave convex and damaged structures shall be leveled and repaired. The project is constructed according to the new structure.
(3) Matters needing attention in Construction: during construction, the slurry prepared according to the requirements shall be evenly coated on the base surface to be waterproof. When facing the surface of the honeycomb surface, the waterproof capacity of the base layer should be increased as much as possible. Before the construction of the back water surface, the leakage stoppage shall be carried out. 2 kg per square meter. Coating thickness: 1.0-1.2mm. Construction requirements: finish coating once. Pay attention to the cleaning and wetting treatment of the coating base surface (fully wet, but do not have open water). After coating, the waterproof coating must be coated with water with paint brush before the initial setting, and it is very important to pull back and forth or spray fine mist for maintenance, while painting cloth, this is very important. The coating exposed to sunlight can last for 1-2 days, and it can be cured by spraying with water.
3.1.2 brush coating construction method:
(1) Brush method of mortar mixing: mix with clean water, and the mixed slurry should be used up within 30 minutes. In order to avoid using up more than 3kg of raw material, it is not allowed to waste more than once. The hardened mortar can not be reused. Strictly control the water cement ratio. Generally, it is required to mix 3 parts of material with 1 part of water to make it thick and paste. The mixed slurry must be able to brush a certain thickness.

During the waterproof construction on the upstream surface, the amount of water seepage can not be predicted, so the amount should be slightly increased to improve the impermeability of the waterproof coating as much as possible, and pay attention to the treatment of honeycomb base surface. Before the construction of the back water surface, the leakage stoppage shall be carried out. Conventional dosage: 1.0kg / m2. Coating thickness: 0.8-1.0 mm, construction requirements: two or more coating. Pay attention to the cleaning of the coating base surface during construction, but do not need to do too much wet treatment, the coating exposed to the sun can last for 1-2 days, and be moist cured with water.
Construction method of polyurethane plugging agent
1. Chisel the part where water leakage occurs to dense concrete with a general width of 5-8 cm and a depth of no less than 5 cm, and chisel it into a "V" shaped cone groove.
2. Clean the concrete interface with clean water.
3. When the hole is large, the grouting pipe is inserted into the leakage part, and the parts around the grouting pipe are sealed with quick setting plugging agent. After the quick setting plugging agent is completely solidified and hardened, the polyurethane plugging agent is slowly injected into the hole with the grouting pump, and the pressure is generally controlled at 0.3MPa. After the plugging agent is solidified, remove the grouting pipe and fill the grouting hole with quick drying cement. A layer of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is made on the surface of grouting and leakage parts.
4. When the hole is small, the shovel is directly used to fill the polyurethane plugging agent. When the depth is 1-2cm, 1:2 cement mortar powder is used to smooth twice, and 5% expansion waterproof agent is added into the mortar. A layer of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is made on the surface of the leakage part.
3.2. Linear leakage stoppage scheme
If there is no obvious gap, cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating shall be used for scraping or brushing; if there is obvious gap, polyurethane plugging agent shall be used for chiseling and plugging. The specific construction methods are as follows:

Construction method of polyurethane plugging agent
1. Chisel the part where water leakage occurs to dense concrete with a general width of 5-8 cm and a depth of no less than 5 cm, and chisel it into a "V" shaped groove.

3. When the gap is large, the grouting pipe shall be buried with a spacing of about 40-50cm. The grouting pipe shall be buried in the leakage part, and the "V" groove shall be closed with quick setting plugging agent. After the quick setting type plugging agent is completely solidified and hardened, the polyurethane leakage stoppage shall be slowly injected into the hole with the grouting pump, and the pressure shall be generally controlled at 0.3MPa. After the plugging agent is solidified, remove the grouting pipe and fill the grouting hole with quick drying cement. A layer of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is made on the surface of grouting and leakage parts.
4. When the gap is small, fill polyurethane plugging agent with shovel directly. When the depth is 1-2cm, use 1:2 cement mortar powder to smooth twice, and add 5% expansion waterproof agent into the mortar. A layer of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is made on the surface of the leakage part.
4、 Precautions
1. When scraping or brushing the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating, the base surface must be cleaned up, and the coating should be even and survived twice.
2. During grouting, construction personnel shall pay attention to protection and wear labor protection appliances such as eyes, gloves, safety helmet and mask.
3. The grouting pressure should be controlled between 0.3 MPa and 0.8 MPa.
4. Keep away from fire source during grouting to prevent fire.
